Booking Fees
 

1. The Studio Experience Package once-off booking fee* is payable prior to your scheduled booking.

2. This is a non-refundable fee.

3. Once your photo shoot is complete, we cannot offer any refunds on the Studio Booking fee*.

4. Any bookings fees* will not be refunded in the event that you or Bettina Management decide not to continue with the agency representation unless 72 hours notice is given prior to the scheduled photo shoot booking, in which you are entitled to a part-refund of $50 ($30 for each sibling) only.

5. The remainder of the required fees (as described in the Bettina Agency Introduction Pack) are to be paid or a payment plan set up at your viewing session.

 

Rescheduling and Late Arrivals

1. If unforeseen circumstances dictate that you cannot make your scheduled booking, this fee is transferable once only, but at least 24 hours’ notice must be given.

2. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will incur a $45 rescheduling fee to reschedule your booking.

3. If you are running late please let us know as soon as possible so we can endeavour to accommodate your late arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, it may not be possible to complete your photoshoot in the remaining time and you may be required to reschedule. This may incur a $45 rescheduling fee (per child).

4. If you do not reschedule your booking within 60 days of the original booking, any booking fees* will not be refundable.

 

Cancellations

1. To cancel a booking (without intent to reschedule) you must give at least 72 hours’ notice.

2. If more than 72 hours notice is given, you are entitled to a partial refund of $50 only, with the remainder serving as a non-refundable administration fee.

3. If less than 72 hours notice is given, you will forfeit the full booking fee*.

4. For renewal photoshoots, cancellations (without intent to reschedule) with 72 hours notice are entitled to a partial refund of $30, if less than that you will forfeit the full amount.

 

Covid-19

1. If you have tested positive to COVID-19 or are deemed a close contact and directed to isolate, please contact Attitude Studios as soon as possible on 1300 662 674 or support@attitudestudios.com.au to reschedule your booking.

2. This booking fee is transferable once only.

3. In the event that staffing is affected by COVID-19, Attitude Studios will endeavour to find suitable staff so that photoshoots are not impacted.

4. If no suitable staff are available, you may not be able to view images on the day. In this case, Bettina Management’s Accounts team will be in contact to organise payment of fees. Attitude Studios’ Production team will email you a proof sheet of your images.

5. Attitude Studios reserves the right to reschedule your photoshoot at late notice due to staffing availability. We ask for your understanding and patience if your photoshoot is affected.

 

Re-Shoots

1. Re-shoots are negotiable only by discussion with Attitude Studios.

2. Attitude Studios is not obliged to authorise a re-shoot and any requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. You may incur an additional booking fee* to schedule a re-shoot.

Bettina Management Package Inclusions

1. The Studio Experience Package includes the studio sitting, the viewing session and two digital sample images of the selected Head and Body Shot.

2. The complimentary sample images will be delivered to you with your Welcome E-Magazine from Bettina Management upon commencement of representation.

3. You have the option to purchase additional photo packages through Attitude Studios. The package prices are set by Attitude Studios and all orders are subject to Attitude Studios Terms & Conditions of purchase.

4. In the event that you or Bettina Management decide not to continue with agency representation, you will forfeit the sample images.

 

Agency Representation

1. Booking and attending the studio session constitutes acceptance of the position offered by Bettina Management.

2. You must read all provided information prior to your studio session.

3. For any questions regarding your child’s representation or package inclusions please contact Bettina Management prior to your studio session.

 

Update Photoshoots

1. If unforeseen circumstances dictate that you cannot make your scheduled booking, we can reschedule this booking once only.

2. We require 48 hours notice for cancellations and/or reschedules.

3. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you may incur a booking fee to reschedule your booking.

4. Bettina Management is not obliged to authorise an update shoot outside our booking terms and any requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
 

*The booking fee for the Studio Experience Package is $145 for the first child and $95 for any siblings. The booking fee for renewal of representation is $95 for each child.
